- Do write a detailed, honest account — vague stories help nobody.
- Do share cleared and uncleared experiences alike.
- Don't name a specific interviewer unless you check the box saying so — it'll get a closer manual review either way.
- Don't include salary details unless you're sure it isn't covered by an NDA — flag it if you do.
FAQ
Does my experience need to end in an offer?+
No. Uncleared interviews are just as valuable — they help others prepare for what a company actually asks. Selected and not-selected stories are both welcome and both get published the same way.
Will my name be shown?+
Only if you want it to be. You can post anonymously — your account stays linked internally for moderation, but your name is hidden from other visitors on the published page.
Does everything get published automatically?+
No. Every submission is manually reviewed by an admin before it goes live — nothing is published automatically, regardless of how detailed or short it is.
How long does review take?+
There's no fixed SLA — it depends on admin availability. You can check your own submission's status any time from the "My Submissions" page.
What happens if my submission needs changes?+
The reviewer will leave a note explaining what to fix. You can then edit that same submission in place from the "My Submissions" page and resubmit it for review — no need to start a fresh one.
Can I mention my interviewer by name?+
You can, but flag it with the checkbox when you do. Naming an interviewer (positively or negatively) routes your submission to mandatory manual review before it can be published.
Can I include the salary or package I was offered?+
Yes, it's an optional field, but many offer letters have NDA clauses covering compensation. Including a salary figure also forces mandatory manual review, so double-check your own agreement before adding it.
How many rounds can I add?+
Up to 10 rounds per submission — enough for even multi-stage interview loops. You can pick a custom round type and name it yourself if none of the standard types fit.
How many experiences can I have pending review at once?+
Up to 3. Once those are approved or rejected, you can submit more — this keeps the review queue from being flooded by one person's drafts.
Can I delete or take down a published story later?+
There's no self-service delete yet. If you need a published story removed — for example after a legal or NDA concern — contact an admin and it'll be taken down with a logged reason.
